Holder of a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in international economics and a master's degree in accounting-control-audit, Mr. Jeansen Daryl KOUBANGOYE has solid expertise in economic and financial analyses. He was at the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), notably at the National Economic and Financial Committee, as well as at the Ministry of Economy and Participations, where he contributed to work of national scope.

Since 2024, he has been pursuing a thesis in Economic Sciences at Omar Bongo University, where he participates as a panelist in international conferences. A specialist in economic and sectoral studies, he has worked on national macroeconomic analyses, the implementation of the financial inclusion strategy in Gabon, as well as on monitoring the actions of the CEMAC Economic and Financial Reform Program (PREF CEMAC).

His expertise also extends to improving the operational and financial performance of organizations, and developing structuring projects. In parallel, Mr. Jeansen Daryl KOUBANGOYE also acts as an economic consultant, providing his analysis on issues of analysis of the national and international economic situation, economic and competitive monitoring, control and audit.

His good command of administrative mechanisms and daily management allows him to ensure an effective strategic and operational vision.
